  • How many users can I have?

    Our pricing is based on Monthly Active Users (MAUs), and all of our plans include 100 MAUs for starters.

    A MAU is any person who logs in at least once during a month. Once a user has become active for the month, there is no limit to the number of times he or she can sign in.

  • What if I need more than 100 MAUs?

    Our pricing is designed to be flexible, predictable, and easy to use! If you need more than 100 MAUs, contact us to request a price quote.

  • What happens if I exceed the MAUs allowed by my plan?

    If you exceed your MAU limit by a few users, that’s no problem. We will not charge you overage fees or automatically bill you for a higher plan. If you feel you will consistently exceed your limit, your Success Manager can discuss your options with you.

  • Are there any setup fees or hidden fees?

    No. We do not charge separate setup, onboarding, or training fees. Everything is included in your subscription fee.

  • Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

  • Do I need a web host?
